RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Nantucket Beauty Collective, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of skincare, beauty, and personal care products, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality, safety, and hygiene.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns of products that are:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original sealed packaging
• In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been:

• Opened
• Used or tested
• Damaged after delivery
• Returned without original packaging

Once a product's seal has been broken, it is considered final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nantucketbeautycollective@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged product.
